How to raise your vibrations in your home

Here is a Cleansing Room spray:

1 TBSP Vodka

6 TBSP Filtered Water

10-40 drops of your choice of essential oil scent

Put in spray bottle - shake well before each use.

Simple Self-Care Habits

Walking barefooted on the earth, guided meditation, standing under the shower, eating rooted vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, etc. Green tea, chamomile tea, grounding crystals, sage, essential oils, dancing, gardening without gloves ( getting into the soil). 
Grounding improves: focus, less fatigue, reduce stress, fast manifestations, cures insomnia, reduces chronic pain, improves blood flow, relieves headaches, reduces snoring, reduces anxiety, improves metabolism, hormone balance, better immunity, improves memory, reduces fear, promotes calmness, speeds up healing. Calming Breathing Techniques

Simple Breathing Exercise

  1. ​Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose. Keep your shoulders relaxed. ...

  2. Exhale slowly through your mouth. As you blow air out, purse your lips slightly but keep your jaw relaxed. ...

  3. Repeat this breathing exercise. Do it for several minutes until you start to feel better.

Belly Breathing
According to The American Institute of Stress, 20 to 30 minutes of "belly breathing," also known as abdominal breathing or diaphragmatic breathing, each day can reduce stress and anxiety. Find a comfortable, quiet place to sit or lie down. For example, try sitting in a chair, sitting cross-legged, or lying on your back with a small pillow under your head and another under your knees.

Place one hand on your upper chest and the other hand on your belly, below the ribcage.
Allow your belly to relax, without forcing it inward by squeezing or clenching your muscles.
Breathe in slowly through your nose. The air should move into your nose and downward so that you feel your stomach rise with your other hand and fall inward (toward your spine).
Exhale slowly through slightly pursed lips. Take note of the hand on your chest, which should remain relatively still.
